What is on the day
Tackle technique and defensive systems, speed and agility, and ball carry skills into collision. Every session is coached to the standard we hold ourselves to on the field.
Coaching
Led by Robert Vai. Level 2 Rugby League Coach, high school PDHPE teacher, over a decade of teaching, coaching and rugby league experience. Background includes Parramatta Eels junior development, The Hills Sports High School, and working with junior representative and first grade players.
